Join us on September 19 at 177 Church Street from 6 - 8pm for Bradford West Gwillimbury’s Municipal Open House, a Week of Welcome event. Residents can stop in to learn about the municipal services that are available to them including Bylaw, Recreation, Library, South Simcoe Police Service, Bradford West Gwillimbury Fire and Emergency Services, Growth Services, and much more.
BWG is working with the Simcoe County Local Immigration Partnership to host the area’s second Week of Welcome, which is taking place from September 16 to 20. Events include a social service fair on September 16, an immigrant entrepreneur panel on September 17, a regional job fair on September 18, and municipal open houses on September 19.
“Hosting this Week of Welcome is an exciting opportunity for us to connect with our residents, including those who are new to our community. It’s essential that we not only showcase the many services our town has to offer, but also inform individuals on how to access them” said Town of BWG Mayor, James Leduc. “I look forward to meeting everyone, engaging with our community, and strengthening the bonds that make our town a vibrant and inclusive place to live."
