To facilitate the paving of the final lift of asphalt on the Southwest Arterial Road, the roadway sections listed below will be closed from 7 am until 6 pm starting June 24 through June 28. Other parts of the project will undergo lane restrictions to facilitate the paving operations.
Where:
- Sideroad 10 between Line 6 and Holland Street – Rolling closure
- Line 6 between Langford Blvd and Sideroad 10 roundabout – Full closure
- Line 5, Sideroad 10 South of Line 6 and Line 6 west of Sideroad 10 – Lane restrictions
Please note that there will be periods of interruption to driveways as the contractor completes the work. Emergency services will have access at all times, and garbage collection will continue as usual, although the contractor may move bins to a convenient location for the collection trucks. Detour Routes will be set up before the start of any closures.
