Pursuant to Section 36(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury intends to pass an amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-050, as amended.
The lands to which the proposed by-law applies are located in Part of Lot 14 on Plan 850, municipally known as 303 Canal Road.
The effect of the removal of the Holding (H2) symbol from By-law 2010-050, as amended, is that the lands will be zoned Marsh Agricultural “AM" thereby permitting an addition to the existing detached dwelling on site.
The earliest the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury proposes to meet to pass the amending by-law is at a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 1, 2023 in the Zima Room of the BWG Library & Cultural Centre, 425 Holland Street West, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
