Notice of Intention to Pass a By-Law to Remove a Holding Symbol from Zoning By-Law 2010-050
Pursuant to Section 36(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury intends to pass an amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2022-93.
The lands to which the proposed by-law applies are located in Part Lot 14, Concession 5, West Gwillimbury, Part 2, on Registered Plan 51R1371, municipally known as 2619 Line 6, as shown on the map attached.
The effect of the removal of the Holding (H1) symbol from By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2022-93, is that the lands will be zoned Neighbourhood Commercial Exception (C2*18) Zone thereby permitting the development of the property for commercial purposes.
The earliest the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury proposes to pass the amending by-law is at an electronic meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 6, 2023, beginning at 7:00 p.m. All electronic Council meetings will be streamed live, where possible, or posted for later viewing on YouTube at the Town of BWG YouTube Channel.
