Notice of Complete Application and Public Meeting for a Proposed Temporary Use Zoning By-law Amendment
Pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended
TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has received the following application to amend Zoning By-law 2010-050:

The Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Zima Room of the BWG Library & Cultural Centre, 425 Holland Street West, Bradford to consider a proposed amendment to Zoning By-law 2010-050, as amended.
The Council meeting will also be streamed live on the Town’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/c/TownofBradfordWestGwillimbury. Please note that there may be more than one public meeting and that the matter will be dealt with in the order that it appears on the agenda.
The purpose and effect of the proposed amendment is to extend the permitted temporary sales pavilion for homes to be sold and constructed in Bond Head for an additional three (3) years. The existing permission was achieved on June 16, 2020 (via by-law 2020-55) and expires June 16, 2023.

The purpose of the meeting is to inform the public of the nature of the proposal, invite public input, and answer questions regarding the application.
Any person may make a submission in support of or in opposition to the proposed Zoning By-law amendment. Please see the “Protocol for Electronic Participation in Meetings of Council” for participation in the Public Meeting if you wish to make an oral submission. The Protocol is set out at https://www.townofbwg.com/Pages/Agendas-and-Minutes.aspx. If you are unable to make written submissions and therefore wish to make an oral statement during the meeting please email clerk@townofbwg.com prior to noon on April 11, 2023 to register.
You will be provided further instructions on how you will connect during the virtual meeting. All oral statements will be recorded as part of the electronic meeting and will be posted for public viewing on www.youtube.com/c/TownofBradfordWestGwillimbury.
If you wish to be notified of Council’s decision regarding the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment, you must submit a written request to Madeline Luker at the address shown in the paragraph above.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at the Public Meeting or make written submissions to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury before the proposed Zoning By-law amendment is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
