REVISED - Change in Meeting Location
Pursuant to Section 83(1)(a), 84(1) and 84(2) of the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 33
TAKE NOTICE That the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has received the following application to establish a new cemetery and mausoleums within the municipality.

AND TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 7:00pm in the Zima Room, Library & Cultural Centre, 425 Holland Street West, Bradford to consider the proposed application and determine public interest for a cemetery located at 3369 Line 13.
The Council meeting will also be streamed live on the Town’s YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/TownofBradfordWestGwillimbury. Please note that there may be more than one public meeting and that the matter will be dealt with in the order that is appears on the agenda.
The application has applied for a cemetery being primarily composed of burial plots, mausoleums, chapel, gardens and memorial sites/gardens. A key map showing the location of the lands is attached.

The purpose of the meeting is to inform the public of the nature of the application, invite public input, and answer questions regarding the application.

If you wish to be notified of Council’s decision regarding the proposed cemetery application for 3369 Line 13, you must submit a written request to Mana Masoudi at the address shown in the paragraph above.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at the Public Meeting or make written submission to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury before the proposed application is granted, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
