Notice of Intention to Pass a By-Law to Remove a Holding Symbol from Zoning By-Law 2010-050
Pursuant to Section 36(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury intends to pass an amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2024-02.
The lands to which the proposed by-law applies are legally described as Block 404 on Plan 51M-1063, as shown on the map below.
The effect of the removal of the Holding (H1) symbol from By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2024-02, is that the lands will be zoned Neighbourhood Commercial Exception "C2*19" thereby permitting a three (3) storey mixed use building consisting of twelve (12) commercial/retail units on the ground floor and twelve (12) residential units on the second and third floors (six (6) units per floor) as per the Site Plan Agreement.
The earliest the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury proposes to meet to pass the amending by-law is at its meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 6th, 2024 at 7:00 pm in the Zima Room of the BWG Library & Cultural Centre, 425 Holland Street West, Bradford.
