The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is excited to announce the groundbreaking of the Wellings of Bradford, a new 55+ community concept by Nautical Lands Management Corp. This innovative development is set to transform senior living in town, offering vibrant and independent living spaces for the active senior residents.
“Seniors living spaces are so needed in Bradford, and we are grateful for this development.” said Mayor James Leduc. “The Wellings of Bradford will provide our senior community with a wonderful place to call home, close to essential amenities and in a supportive environment.”
The Wellings of Bradford will feature a four-storey mid-rise building with seventy-six one- and two-bedroom suites, a 3,000 square foot clubhouse, and various amenities including a fitness room, pub, concierge services, and a fully furnished outdoor patio. Located at 397 Langford Boulevard, the community is conveniently situated near Zehrs and Shoppers Drug Mart stores.
