Registered Program Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided for any programs that the Town cancels before the program start date.
| Full Refund | Requests submitted prior to the first day of the program Note: Camps, Aquatic Leadership and Private lessons require five days’ notice. |

| Pro-Rated Refund (based on remaining classes) | Requests to withdraw submitted before the second day of the program. Illness/Injury-related requests to withdraw submitted after the first day of the program. No pro-rated refunds will apply to Camps, Aquatic Leadership and Private lessons. |
| No Full or Pro-Rated Refund | Requests submitted after the second day of the program. Missed classes due to illness. |
| Make-up Classes | Not available for any reason. |
| Credit | When programs are cancelled by the Town due to unforeseen circumstances. |
| Full Refund | Requests submitted up to 10 days after purchase for unused memberships |
