By-law complaints may be made by mail, email, telephone, in person, or through the myBWG App. The Town of BWG requires the following information in order to investigate your concerns properly:
- your full name
- your address
- your phone number
- the address of where the alleged violation is taking place
- details of the particular violation
Please note: anonymous complaints will be investigated on a priority basis and may only be responded to if involving a health or safety risk.
Once an investigation is launched, a status update is not generally provided to the complainant. The Town of BWG strives to resolve all complaints quickly, with voluntary compliance as the primary objective. While complainant information is kept strictly confidential, there are instances where complainants may be required to attend court.
