Official Town Statement Regarding Internal Error During Summer Camps Registration
The Town is aware of a staff error made during our Summer Camps programs registration and we apologize to residents who were affected by this.
After conducting an investigation, we found that there was an error made by a staff member who was simply trying to assist residents with their registration. Registrations were processed at approximately 8:55 am, five minutes ahead of the official registration opening.

Historic Fire Bell Finds New Home

An invaluable piece of fire-fighting history has been added to Bradford West Gwillimbury's (BWG) new Fire Station at 77 Melbourne Street – a 123-year-old fire bell from the original Barrie Street Fire Hall. This notice is to remind residents and business owners that municipal drain maintenance will be undertaken and that the following drains are scheduled to be cleaned in 2023:
- Perimeter Canal
- Main Drain
- River Road Drain
- Morris Road Drain
- Horlings Drain
- King Drains 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 and all of their branches
Notify the Board office immediately, if you observe any problems with the municipal drain system which require attention.
