Southwest Arterial Road Construction Update

To facilitate the paving of the final lift of asphalt on the Southwest Arterial Road, the roadway sections listed below will be closed from 7 am until 6 pm starting June 24 through June 28. Other parts of the project will undergo lane restrictions to facilitate the paving operations.
Where:- Sideroad 10 between Line 6 and Holland Street – Rolling closure

Notice of Road Closure: Line 8

Line 8 will undergo temporary closures from Monday, June 17 to Friday June 21, 2024, as Phase 1 of the Line 8 Rehabilitation continues.
Where:
Line 8 between Professor Day Drive and Barrie Street (County Road 4).
When:
Closures will remain in place each day, from 7 am to 7 pm with all lanes opening at the end of the day.
Detours will be setup for the redirection of traffic to accommodate the construction in a timely manner.

Phase 1: Line 8 Rehabilitation Notice

Phase 1 of the Line 8 Rehabilitation is set to begin on Tuesday, May 21.
To facilitate the work, Line 8 will undergo temporary lane closures controlled by flag persons or temporary traffic signals. These closures will be in place in different locations starting on May 21 with an expected end date of July 2024.

Notice of Water Interruption: May 2024

As part of the Urban Roads Rehab project, the watermain is being replaced on Agar Avenue and Davey Boulevard. In order to facilitate the new watermain construction, areas of the existing waterline are required to be isolated and separated in specific locations to allow for the safe installation of the new watermain.

Inflow and Infiltration Study Fog Testing Sanitary Sewer Works Notice

The Town of Bradford has retained GM BluePlan Engineering and AMG Environmental to complete fog testing on the sanitary sewers servicing your area. The fog testing works began on May 13 and is scheduled for completion by end of June 2024 (weather dependent).
ScheduleThis schedule is tentative and can change based on weather and other external factors. The project team will update the schedule as required.
