An application for Draft Plan of Subdivision and a request for municipal support of a proposed Zoning Order for the properties municipally known as 23 Brownlee Drive and 2820, 2824, and 2848 Line 5, have been submitted to the Town.
The development proposes a residential subdivision of 998 homes and includes:
- blocks for parks,
- a stormwater management pond,
- environmental protection area, and
- an internal network of roads.

In 2022, the application for Official Plan Amendment was deemed complete in accordance with the Planning Act.
The purpose of the Application was to incorporate the subject lands into the Bradford Settlement Area boundary and to redesignate the lands from “Rural” to “Residential.”
