Municipal Transit
In accordance with provincial, county and municipal plans, the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury will become home to over 50,000 people within twenty years. Such growth will present various challenges including the provision of an efficient transportation system.
With that in mind, this year the town will be undertaking a feasibility study for providing public transit services. As a precursor to that study, Town Council held a public open house on March 22, 2011, to hear from the public and gather their thoughts on the role that public transit should play in the town’s future. A copy of the presentation from that evening is available below.
