Human Resources provides consultant services on Human Resource Management, to the various teams, management and employees within the Town's organization in the areas of labour relations, performance management, attendance management, training and development, wage and salary administration, Health and Safety, Workplace Safety and Insurance claims, employee benefits and recruitment.
